Clarification of our terms

Hi All,

 

We have had a question regarding when an account is considered past due, so we thought it would be a good idea to clarify for everyone.

 

 Your monthly bill is for the current month of service.  When we invoice you on or near the first of each month the terms on your invoice are “Due on Receipt”.

 

Many of you have your bank send payment or have set up a subscription payment via Paypal that is automatically made to us at the first of each month.  We highly recommend using one of those methods to save yourself the worry of remembering to pay your bill on time.  We want to give those of you that are behind some time to budget and get caught up because once the automated system is in place your account will need to be paid in full at the beginning of each month in order to operate.  

 

We have automatic payments for our servers across the country and if we do not pay them on time your LoyalDog won’t work either!  Thank you all for your cooperation in keeping us all running smoothly!

I, for one, appreciate your services so much that I have my bank automatically cut a check to get to you by the first of the month.  I would urge my slow-paying colleagues to do the same.
