Change in manual sorting of favorites?

Anybody else notice a change in the handling of favorites sorting?

I'm set to User-specific as I have always been. All the sudden the order of my favorites has changed and it will not let me alter it (going to Favorites->Change order of the app and trying to drag the entries no longer does anything).

This is with current app on iOS and 16.0.6.10 of Config and the server.

This is fixed in new release on Mac at least. 16.1.2
