Can anyone help, I have some 24V CCT tape connected to an eldoLed LINEARDirve 100/A via a DMX extension.

I can get the cool white to turn on but not the warm white. I have proved the tape is working correctly by manually changing the colour but I'm really struggling to get the lighting controller to do it?

This is the first DMX I have worked on so I'm a bit lost as to where to start fault finding.

Config screenshots would be helpful in order to assist you in troubleshooting this.

How did you connect the thing to the light controller? The light controller either supports RGBW (4 channel), or single individual channels. RGB+CCT requires 5 channels, CCT requires 2 channels.

Unfortunately the light controller UI doesn't rellay help you with CCT (RGB) stripes. The way Loxone intended it to work is to create coldwhite (CW) using RGB and not using a dedicated CW channel existing on RGBW CCT stripes, and have a dedicated WW channel. When having the lightcontroller do whites, it will add more blue or red to the WW component based on where you drag the slider.

If you have simple CCT (CW+WW) tapes, the same happens.

I have simply wired my CCT spots as two distinct channels and have used scenes to create warm-neutral-cold looks.

to solve the problem:
1) wiring - is dmx working at all with this driver? if so, probably not the wiring
2) dmx addresses - are both channels on the driver the same as in loxone config?
3) software config - do you have 2 adjacent channels for the ww and cw channels in the loxone config? and the cw and ww connected to the same adjacent driver outputs of the eldoled?
4) set up 2 0-100% outputs of a lighting block and connect the 2 outputs to the cw/ww dmx channels - this should give you separate control of the brightness for the cw and ww

once this is working, you can play with how you are going to set it up - scenes only or a cct interface?

i believe the lumitech type dmx actuator has 5 channels, rgb, cw and ww with a separate gui interface element for the CCT

might be worth a try - the rgb element would be redundant in this case

Thank you all.
As usual it was an error on my part. The driver has settings let you choose what each channel does and I had it set incorrectly.
All your input help greatly, thank you!
