Error accesssing via Loxone Config

Hi all!

I cannot connect to my Loxone miniserver via Loxone Config.

It's returning the error:

"No connection to Loxone Miniserver possible on address 192.168.1.10

Please check the address"

It's so strange because I can access to it via Loxone App (mobile and  web) and even via FTP using same user/password.

I tried restarting the miniserver but same result.

Any ideas?

I quite frequently get login errors with config but they've always been solved by rebooting the mini server from the mobile app.

are you totaly sure you're trying to connect to the correct adress ?

have you tried in internet browser ? (http://ipadress )
