Hi All

Newbie here from the UK , just had a Loxone retro fit installation in my newbuild house and now learning how to use the config application and customise/add more options.

I have installed a NFC touch Air outside our utility room which is working fine for the burglar alarm arming/disarm with the tags/app etc

I have installed on our utility door a Nuki smart lock and have managed to get this to lock/unlock the door lock via their api from Loxone using Virtual Outputs as described by Nuki.

In LiveView I can select the Lock/Unlock VO which works on the Nuki lock

see attached

I now want these V/Output http calls to work with the NFC touch, so when I touch a NFC tag to the Touch pad it disables the alarm AND unlocks the door.

I have tried linking the NFC Output 2 to the Nuki Lock VO  - but it dosn't trigger the Virtual Output Lock

Do I need a pulse or something on the NFC output 2 to trigger the VO or is there another way of doing this ?

(I will be installing the Winkhaus Av2 latch faceplates and their motorised door lock later to throw the latch and the Nuki lock)

I assume you’re pressing the number 2 button, tick, and then swiping or entering your code?

The outputs on the NFC relate to the key press (up to 6 if I recall)

If you want to unlock at the same time as turning off the alarm, connect to output 1, or add some additional logic.

Hi David

Thanks for the reply

I didnt know that the outputs relate to the numbers on the NFC Touch - good to know - learning all the time

I just awaken the NFC Touch Air and then touch the Tag to the pickup point

I didn't press any number buttons as I am using the Loxone Tag - does the Tag effect just output 1

I also tried adding it to output 1 that also has the alarm output , but it still didn't trigger the Nuki V/O to Unlock,

I tested by creating a Pulse@ Time and connected it to the Nuki Lock - and in LiveView it Locked the door - so I just need to figure out why the NFC Touch output wont work - or some way to force it to work

To all

Ive managed to get this to work now thanks

I assigned the VO Nuki Unlock to the  NFC Touch As (authentication successful) which worked ..

I then moved it to output 1 (burglar alarm) which also worked ... weird I thought id tested this fully - but obviously missed something

Anyway thanks for your help
