loxne config do not start up

Good morning all,

Hope you are well.

I am experiencing an issue with loxone config. When i click to start the config a message pop ups that Loxone Config must be terminated.(see attached photo)

I did the following but i could not get it run:

1. Uninstall and install

2. Install previous version

i would appreciate it if you could provide any information if anyone else experienced this.
