Help with config of very basic system for a fee?

Hello, 

I am really not good at Lox config, did the main building 3 years ago (light only) and have not worked it since. I plan to learn but need to get basics like toilets in place before I sit down with this again. 

I pay or free stay at our Lakehouse :-)

Basically it is the following

Need  now

Lox Mini Server - new model

DMX Extension

D4 24V Chinese RGBW (4ch) Dimmers

3xD4 for 12 channels of regular lights (DMX 1-12?)

3xD4 for RGBW led strips DMX 31-42

Need later 

Digital inputs 0-8V Dim down (resistor) and 24V Dim up) 

Need much later

1 wire temp for like 8 areas

8 actuator controls
