Voice control via Alexa and 1home(no additional hardware) via loxone cloud DNS

Recently voice control stopped working. I used "you get signal" to see if my port forwarding was working. It says that my port is open but the external IP address has changed. I have a gen 1 miniserver and NO additional hardware e.g. a 1home bridge/server. 1home tell me that this is not because they are discontinuing support for cloud connection (and DIY home bridge etc). I came acroos something called "Loxvoice". Can this be used with a miniserver gen 1 and does it work ??
