NPT Time Server not synching

Hi I have what may be a basic question.  

I noticed my Loxone App is displaying a time that is 2 hours prior to the real time.  I open configure miniserver / Time & Date / Determine Time Automatically / Time Zone = Europe / Vienna and I have tried all of the following in the Time Server Box

8.8.8.8

I hit apply and send to miniserver, it does its reboot yet the time is always off 2 hours?

Do I need to open or forward a special port for the time server to sync?  Has anyone had this issue?  Thanks

Depends where you live but for uk I think it’s London/Dublin, can’t remember exactly.

I live in Austria near Salzburg but same time zone as Vienna.

Have you tried to change this within an hour of restarting the miniserver? Not sure if this applies to time but does when changing network settings?

Finally got a chance to try - I powered down the miniserver, restarted it, connected and sent the time server again - still not working.  I'll contact Loxone for help on this one.

Odd - before I contacted Loxone I tried doing a miniserver firmware update - that took care of the problem.
