Just had a look at the new config 16 version.
Loxone say it is an improved modernised UI to make it easier to use on smaller screens etc but to me it's just been messed around with for the sake of calling it "new"
For example:
- font is smaller and a lighter grey so more difficult to read
- everything now seems to be in greyscale (except the function block title headers) whereas previous version would highlight input/output links and other elements in colour when you select them
- background page colour is also now grey, so all the other grey bits don't stand out as much as they did. Anyone who needs a higher contrast on screen is going to have a nightmare with this as nothing is changeable except the function block colours.
Can't believe they've spent 18 months on this. Who ever thought grey on grey on grey would work!
In terms of usability it's gone backwards in my view and makes me less inclined to update unless I need some specific future new functionality.
