It doesn't appear to be much of a community - in the several examples I looked at it appears that a Loxone rep gives a reply and locks the convo.  Seems slightly one sided.

I have used it a few times, and have had mixed results. Its open to anyone who has a login with Loxone. This group is probably better at answering your questions.

Same experience here. Tried it a few times to pass issues and suggestions, and everytime the call was closed without a reply, but with a quick customer sat review, however... ?
