Hi all,
Title says it.  Was working, now just get the camera with a line through it and message "A problem was detected (No image).

I'm using Loxone 13.1.4 and on the GDS3710 Firmware 1.0.11.23.

In the Door Controller object I'm using https://admin:password@IP/jpeg/stream but I've tried the html version (http(s)://admin:password@IP_GDS3710:Port/jpeg/mjpeg.html) and the anonymous version (enabled in GDS3710 access) with all same results.

Both the above urls work fine in a browser, so they are correct.

This is on a Gen1 Miniserver.

Anyone else having this problem, or is it just me??

No problems here, but on a Miniserver Gen2. I'm on Lox Config version 13.1.10.27.

I'm using the following object for all three of 'Picture when ringing', 'URL video stream (local)' and 'URL video stream (external)'.

http://IPaddress:80/snapshot/view0.jpg

'Username for Camera' and 'Password for Camera' are entered separately on the relevant Settings line.

Thanks for the reply.  I tried that url as well, putting username and password in the Settings, although I'm using https, so not port 80, but 443.  Still get error and no video.  If I paste it into a browser I get the still image from the GDS3710.

What about the GDS3710 video settings for the streams?  Mine are:
Stream1: H264, Baseline, 1920x1080, 4096kps Bitrate,30fps,CBR,I-frame 80
Stream2: H264, Baseline, 640x480, 512kps Bitrate,25fps,CBR,I-frame 80
Stream3:H264, Baseline, 320x240, 256, 20fps,CBR,I-frame 80

My Miniserver Gen1 firmware version is 13.1.11.17, and the Loxone Config version is the same.,

I do remember now there was a report on the German Loxforum about Gen1 issues with the intercom video. I believe it's been resolved in the latest Beta Config 13.3 Beta 5 -

Notwithstanding, I don't think H264 will work. I use Stream1 set at MJPEG, 1280x720, 15fps, CBR.

Works for me as well, but since latest GDS3710 firmware, I have an issue on my Android apps that video isn't rendering completely (see screenshot).

Also, when looking at the video feed from multiple devices (what happens if the door bell is rang, and the android tablet on the wall automatically shows the video), it seems that the connection is not being closed properly or something.
Because the webserver of the GDS3710 crashes and a reboot is needed... (Means: I cannot reach the web interface, nor streams, but pinging the device and ringing the door (SIP) still works...)

Anyone encountered/solved this?

I am using Stream 2 (now) with at MJPEG, 1280x720, 15fps, CBR. (was before at 25fps, changed since Tico's comment, but didn't change anything)
Maybe I should switch streams... And I am using the anonymous URL...

So now with Gen2 miniserver with 14.7.2.23 firmware and GDS3710 with 1.0.13.2 my results are... exactly the same.

I tried https, http, http(s)://IP/snapshot/view0.jpg, http(s)://ip:port/anonymous/jpeg/stream=3 (and stream=1 and stream=2), and http(s)://admin:password@IP:port/jpeg/mjpeg.html.

Camera user name and password is entered into Loxone config.

In every case I get "Connecting." with a busy wheel and then it times out and then a red exclamation mark with the note "A problem was detected... (No image)."

The links work in a browser on a Mac, PC and in a browser on my iphone, although with the last "mjpeg" url a window still pops up asking for the login+password even though they are in the url.

Any ideas?  This used to work but now it's been several years and I keep hoping with some update that it will work again.  Not sure what else to look for at this point...

Could you clarify whether this is viewing the browser access to Loxone, or the Windows app? Or phone application (Android or iOS)?

I've haven't had any success with the browser for a long time. The Windows app has always worked. Likewise, the iOS app has always worked.

I'm just wanting it to work on iOS (ipad+iphone), not in the Loxone app which I'm using on Mac OS.

Does your Config Properties look something like this?

Properties.png

I believe I added mine as a Device Type - 'User Defined Intercom'. It should say that in the Device Type under Properties/Settings.

In my case (Miniserver 1, with almost the latest FW (not the one from a few days/weeks back) it is finally working stable:

I enabled anonymous LiveView, to not have to put in the username and password:
(Probably it will also work with a password?)

For the URLS and video config. I configured Stream 2 to be MJPEG. At a very low frame rate, 5fps, as else on my (older) android tablet I got artifacts like above in this thread.

To use this stream in Loxone (URL video stream (local)): http://192.168.0.15:4432/anonymous/jpeg/stream=1
Note: the stream index is 0-based. So it's 1 (URL) for stream 2 (web config).
Note: I have configured to use port 4432, change it to the port as configured in your case (Web Access Port in first screenshot)

As snapshot URL in Loxone (Picture when ringing): http://192.168.0.15:4432/anonymous/snapshot/view.jpg

For external video stream access you could replace your local IP address with the dnscloud/loxonedns/... placeholder (don't have the config open right now, is it dns.loxonecloud.com ?)

Success!  Although the parameters were all correct, the clue I needed was seeing the API connect; the function block that I was using for my intercom did not have this.  So I deleted the block and redid everything including adding a new intercom, and it works now on ipad, iphone and Mac OS (13.5) with video, intercom and gate opening functioning.

I think with all the firmware changes somehow what I had stopped working but I didn't have any indication of what to do; I started with a Gen1 miniserver in 2015, so have seen a fair number of changes and every other time they just replaced the function block with the new one while retaining older functionality.

btw, for my audio I'm using RasPBX and it is working well.  Oh, and I have the first stream as h264 (HD 30fps) with streams 2+3 as mpeg (stream 2 is 640x480 @ 15fps).  Quality looks good actually.

Thanks the help!

Good to hear.
For what it's worth, I have the Loxone stream (Stream 1) as MJPEG, 1280*720(16:9), Frame Rate - 15, Constant Bit Rate. Higher framerates don't appear to translate to higher framerates in Loxone.

I set the unused Streams 2 + 3 to the absolute minimum specs to hopefully offload the Grandstream CPU. Not sure whether that is necessary.
