Hi all,

i'm struggling with correct usage of intercoms. Would love to get some user experiences.

i'm using baudisch intercom, or sometimes the native loxone intercom.

When choosing iptel.org, i rarely get it to work, triple check all the settings, but no luck
With antisip.com, i do get a audio connection, but after pressing the doorbell, i hear a message that the user is unaivable.
From the app, i can build up a connection.

Anybody some advice or willing to share screenshots of loxone config and intercom page?

Also, can i use my own voip server, like a grandstream, yeastar or asterix on an pi?
How would that work remote?

greetings

Hi,
I also had some problems to configure this SIP part correctly, however I am an IP phone operator.....

First of all, forget about IPTEL completely, it doesn't work/no longer works.

On the other hand, it works perfectly with ANTISIP.

Here are some quick elements that should help you, if necessary I'll take screenshots but now I'm in a bit of a hurry.

1/ First configure the SIP module of the intercom from its WEB portal, when you validate, the module restarts.
(from memory when you confirm the settings, the intercom restarts, emits beeps and the light flashes and then remains fixed green, if nothing happens to your intercom it is because there is a problem)

2/ In the Loxone Config, add the Video intercom and associate the asset with the SIP intercom as in their procedure:

/!\ In the network settings, I noticed that Loxone config was filling in gateway and DNS settings that are not good, checked twice before validating.
and that's all in principle.

Thanks for the tip!

i got it working with antisip. But, do you get a automated message when you want to talk ?
When i press, talk, i hear: " this person is unavailable"

greetings

Yes, I had this problem.
in IP telephony, this is typically the case when the extension is not registered.
In other words, this means that the " PBX " does not know that the intercom is online and available.
He knows this when the standard "registers" with him.
redo the configuration from web portal of the Intercom, validate the SIP parts again, and don't forget to check that your intercom has the right gateway and the right DNS.....

Also make sure voicemail is turned off.

I don't know to what extent voicemail can have an impact. for me it's activated and the intercom works perfectly...?
there may be a particular context for which voicemail is a problem?

Hi All,

is there somebody here that is using a baudisch intercom and willing to share his config?
especialy the part where you can enter the phone numbers that needs to be called.

at " switchboard call" entry 116, i need to enter a number, otherwise loxone is not responding.
When entering a number, and using antisip, i hear a voicemail message after ringing.

What is your config ? Antisip or iptel?

greetings

Forget Anitsip, the service seems to be definitively closed.

it's strange that you have to have to enter a phone number ???
that's mean you re intercom will call you on you're phone and not in loxone app ??
but in fact, there's ne relation with you're 'voicemail' message.

the voice mail message mean you're intercom isn't 'recognize' by ipbx.
try the same config with iptel.

That's odd - I set up a new AntiSip account successfully in the last couple of weeks and have it working fine with my intercom.

I'm using the Baudisch admin interface  on a Loxone intercom.  Do you have the 'loxone miniserver' setting at the bottom of the setup page.  Mine is set to the middle setting (01_en with the interface in english, nur miniserver in German)

Sip server - sip.antisip.com

The switchboard call page just appears to have dummy info -
name=zentalruf
number=12345
DTMF blank
Relay mask 00000

However, I was getting similar problem to your with the audio going through to voicemail - Loxone helped me with a firmware update (there was some version incompatibility).  it took a fair bit of time to get working in the end but is fine now
