If yours are working fine, and nothing else has changed, I would assume that due to a change on your wife’s phone in some way.

You have not mentioned app versions, android versions or the model of phone and differences between the two. Or maybe the notifications have accidentally got turned off or silenced.

I use iphone so cannot offer any other assistance.

Good luck.

Subject: Push Notification Stopped working on Android?

Greetings!

My wife and I have the same phone. I get push notifications with no problem, she was getting them then they stopped.  It leads me to believe it's her phone settings.  I've checked here System/Notifications/apps/Loxone - all notif's for Loxone are on, then in the Loxone app the Settings/Notifications/In-App Notifications is on and Push Notifications is on

I've tried toggling all of them off and back on, rebooting her phone, removing and reinstalling the app - nothing seems to work.

Does anyone know of any other settings that I should be looking at within the Loxone app?  Odd??

Thanks

Problem solved - I found the "Registered Devices" for push notifications, my phone was on there, hers was not.  I uninstalled/reinstalled her app yet again and now it's working and showing on the registered devices.  No idea why it did not take the first time I tried that...

I've had problems with no Push notifications for a long time now - I used to get them regularly.  Following your fix for your wife's phone, I checked the "Push notifications: registered devices" and it's empty.  I uninstalled my app from my iPhone and reinstalled it, logged back in and in the settings, I tried to enable push notifications but it tells me that notifications can only be enabled on the Gateway Miniserver.  I can't see any way to register a device in the Loxone Config app - Does anyone have any ideas on how I can actually get my phone registered?

Thanks.  Nick.
