Intercom doorbell intermitent

Hi All, I have an install with the current gen 2 intercom providing a door bell sound via the audio server into several rooms. This had been working fine for months but i am now finding the sound from the audio server is often not triggered. The intercom it self still makes a rining sound and the app notifies me but no bell from the audio server.

Any suggestions on what to check would be welcome.
