Seeking Remote Loxone/KNX Design & Programming

Hello everyone,

I am doing a complete condo remodel in Kirkland, Washington, and am looking for a Loxone expert to handle the remote design, panel layout, and software commissioning. I live between Ireland and Kirkland, and I am on-site here in Washington for the next 12 weeks to complete this project.

I am an early bird and start my day at 6:00 AM Pacific Time, which is 3:00 PM in the Netherlands, Germany, and Austria, so aligning our schedules for communication will be easy. I also have an Irish Revolut Euro account, so payment via SEPA is not an issue.

I have a local electrician handling all the physical installation and line-voltage wiring to ensure local code compliance.

The system will control DALI lighting (EldoLED drivers), a Zehnder MVHR, and Mitsubishi heat pumps via Modbus and Silent Gliss blinds.

Because of strict US electrical codes, I will purchase the Loxone Miniserver, Loxone Extensions, power supplies, and US UL-listed enclosures locally. However, I am planning to use European KNX keypads in the primary spaces and European wired low-voltage sensors throughout. I would prefer to purchase all of the KNX hardware, European backboxes, and third-party low-voltage hardware directly through whoever takes on the project.

I need a programmer proficient in both Loxone Config and ETS who can program the keypads and map the KNX group addresses into Loxone.

Is anyone here currently taking on remote design and commissioning contracts for client-installed systems? If so, please reply with a link to your website or portfolio so I can review your past work and create a shortlist. Please also let me know your typical fee structure for the consulting and if you are able to supply the KNX endpoints and backboxes to the US.

Additionally, I would like to schedule a 30-45-minute paid consultation with my lighting designer to verify Loxone's DALI capabilities with our EldoLED drivers before we finalize our fixture spec.
