http://xandem.com/

seems promising to integrate with Loxone, RESTful API  / call URL GET or POST

the nodes come in DC wired option so can be hidden in-wall - completely stealth

XANDEM PRO 6-Node: $695
XANDEM PRO 10-Node: $995
XANDEM PRO 15-Node: $1295

so $86USD per node if you buy in bulk

There was a recent review at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pXOEu4Pfh0Y.

It's not completely stealth as you can't just leave them buried behind drywall. Need to have some sort of access for replace/repair. But much cleaner than PIRs in the corner and such.

Very interesting. But...

- Expensive. Will no doubt get cheaper and I have to admit, the concept does look very useful :)

- Can it 'see' into corners between nodes? The FAQ doesn't mention this.

- What sort of radiation is this network spitting out? FAQ says, "XANDEM HOME transmits about 500 times less power than a single cell phone". So for 15 nodes that's around 30 times less than a single cellphone, but... Xandem is running 24x7 so it spits out more radiation than a 1 hour cell call every day. Maybe I'm paranoid? ;)
