Unifying HVAC schedules

We have a zoned heatpump system which seems to require an IRC for each zone to control the dampers. However that means we are juggling multiple schedules when realistically the dampers are meant to even out the temperatures more than provide fully different temperature experiences.

How have people solved this?

I was thinking I could make a "master IRC" to control the other IRCs but that runs into other problems

• Master IRC target temp to Recipient IRC target temp - doesn't carry Eco/Comfort/BP modes over
• Operating Mode [Om] to Eco, Cooling, or Building Protection pins, but then the temp isn't set anywhere except in the IRC and I can't hide those interfaces
  

Per the KB, these are exclusive options, so it is one or the other

Am I missing something? It all feels very inelegant...
