Intercom turns into not reachable every 12 hours

Hi all,

I have a Loxone setup for around 7 years and since 1 or 2 years I have an intercom connected.
The intercom receives power via a PoE adaptor.
This worked well until a few weeks back.
Suddenly it happens that every 12 hours the intercom becomes unreachable in loxone and the device itself shows also the red light to indicate it's not connected. 3 errors appear in the app: Intercom Device offline, NFC Code Touch Tree device offline, Intercom Address could not be resolved.

Unplugging the ethernet cable that goes from the PoE adaptor to the intercom and plugging that back into the PoE adaptor solves the problem. It restarts the intercom and then it works again without a problem, until 12 hours after the previous failure and it goes back into error.

So far I wasn't able to figure out the root cause as to why this started to happen all of a sudden. As far as I know I didn't change anything to the setup.
Any ideas of how to solve it or how to figure out the cause?
