Resetting IRC

Now my installation is (at last) fully completed I am finding that some of the IRC's are behaving quite erratically, e.g. switching heating on at midnight to "heat up" the room by 6am!!

I know they "learn" during use but is there a way to reset them to defaults so that they "re-learn"?

As far as I know, delete/re-create is the only way to "reset".  

It's a pity that there's not an output (or some other way to see the learned Ths/Tcs values, other that watching monitoring to see how early the target temperature switches), that the learned values are not "resettable", and that there is no Stop input on the IRC, to prevent "learning" of values when equipment in offline or seasonal.  Because of these, we usually just measure the heating/cooling rates and use constants.
