Is there any way to get some actual feedback from one of the above so that I can see on my phone if the valve is fully open, fully shut or partially open?

I don't think so, but why would you? Loxone instructs the valve to open to a certain percentage. If the valve works, you should trust that value to be correct.

That's kind of why I want to be able to see, I'd like to know that the valve is open. Is there any other way to achieve that?

As a one time test you could get a valve and pop the actuator on it, you should then be able look down the part the radiator is normally connected to and see the joint moving.
I'm going to do this to make sure the trv valves (bulldog) I want to use fully work with the actuators.
