Hi all,
I was hoping someone could give me some tips on how to get the audio connection to work on my intercom (old model - with 1st gen miniserver).

Video works fine both local and remote. Audio works local but not remote.
I get an 'Audio Connection failed - the extension is not available (sip:xxx) (408)' message.

I can log in with the same credentials in the antisip website so I don't think that's the issue.

I recently changed my router and I had to setup port forwarding again (for remote access to the miniserver and the video feed) but I couldn't find any info on the audio module, do I need a specific port setup to make it work? (stupidly i didn't think of taking a screenshot before installing the new router).

Or you think it might be a different issue? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks so much!

hi,
Error 408 can significate unable to join host.
maybe you have the SIP Conntrack activated on your new router, disable-it and then reboot your intercom.

thanks a lot for responding, i'm not 100% sure how to do that, I wonder if it's the same as this:

which probably means it can't be fixed

The Sky/Now router wouldn't work for my intercom audio - I ended up buying a TP Link
