Lights switching on when mode changes

Hi Folks

Has anyone had the lights coming on automatically when the mode changes (this is on config version 9.3.3.26) I have 2 installations where this is happening, 1 where the mode automatically changes from night to everyday at 8am and when this happens the lights in the whole house come on, I have another scenario when the downstairs alarm is turned off it then changes the house from night to day mode and this again turns all the lights on.

Has anyone else come across this and found a solution?

Just discovered there was a bug in v9.3 config software where if motion was detected and the motion sensor countdown was still running and mode then changed the lights would come on! 

Very frustrating as this has caused lots of calls to me from clients being woken up in the morning with the lights coming on...
