Hi Team,

I have been using the guide one of our members made to connect the shelly temp sensor to Loxone.

It isn't going as planned.

The first issue I encounter is when I try and do this bit:

Testing the device before we get to adding it to Loxone

Lets assume the IP address is 192.168.1.49 for our Shelly Plug. Type this command into a web browser 192.168.1.49/relay/0?Turn=toggle this should if the plug is off turn it on and if its on turn it off. The web browser will display the following if the plug is turned on.

I do this with the IP address I have given the device, but it simply says "Not Found".

I progress anyway, and add the device to Loxone but unsurprisingly no values show up.

Can anyone help me with this?

I am completely lost.

Matt

Hi Matt,
first check that the Shelly is present on your network. Either:
go to the Shelly app and check the device under Settings / Device info and check the IP address and signal strength.
and / or
ping the device from you PC (in dos window: ping 192,168.2.49 ) and you should get 4 positive responses.

If the device is in your network, your command is correct and should work from a web browser.

Some of my devices use 192.168.1.49/light/0?Turn=toggle so you could try this too, but I think it is legacy.

Once you can control it from the web browser, then just replicate the command in Loxone on a virtual output.

My bet is the device has not joined your network, so just go thought the reset and install procedure.
Shout if you need more advice,
Cheers David
