Sainsmart 16 CH Relay IP control

Hi All,

I bought the 16 Ch relay unit mainly as a project, just wanted to see if I could get it working from Cofig, so far no luck.

I've tried a few things,

Firstly I verified it worked from the iMatic App (iOS) provided with the hardware.

I created the Virtual Output and a few test VO commands.

I Used the suggested IP addresses and many variations testing at each point.

I simply cannot get the relays to operate from the loxone app or liveview.

What am I missing?

Not sure I follow, are you suggesting I avoid it, I did try to download it a few days ago but obv a virus my AV blocked it...
