morning all

..
anybody want to give me a hand with a network issue I can't get my head around ....
it's probably very simple, Trying to get Loxone to work with Apple Homekit
got a network consisting of Ubiquiti UDM pro, UDM switch, 2 UAp Pro's.

Got the network set up with Main Lan which controls the two Access points.

The Loxone miniserver and two audio servers are on its own Loxone Vlan.

all works fine, ie remote accessing of loxone app but trying to get homekit to integrate is just not working.

I'm assuming its either a vlan intercommunication issue or port forwarding rule I'm missing.
anyone want to help

are you having trouble from onsite or offsite?

to work onsite, your apple mobile device must be on the same network/vlan as the loxone minserver - does the loxone mobile app work when on your wifi network?
to work offsite, you need a homekit bridge, which can be an apple tv or ipad , and it must be logged into the same appleID as the apple device you are using offsite

what exactly isnt working? can the loxone app find the miniserver when  doing the homekit setup?
does the homekit setup in  the loxone app work at all?
does it find the appropriate devices?
are you using a suitable loxone user name that has rights to the devices you want to use in homekit?
