Just got this email from Loxone. My first thought was "why?" followed quickly by "there's going to be a lot of very unhappy customers in a couple of years when they can't add to their system with the same spotlights or, even worse, if one fails and they can't get a replacement"

Discontinuation of LED Spots Gen. 1

With the UK-specific LED Spot RGBW Tree now being readily available and the shrinking demand for the Gen. 1 LED spots, we would like to inform you that the following products will be discontinued: - LED Spot WW Tree Gen.1 (100268 &100271) - LED Spot RGBW Tree Gen.1 (100269 & 100272) - LED Spot WW PWM Gen.1 (100203 & 100282) - LED Spot RGBW PWM Gen.1 (100204 & 100273) If you've already specified any of the above products for a project, please make sure you place an order for these before the 15th of June 2019. Based on order volumes of these spots in previous years, we've made sufficient stock available to fulfil any such orders and, of course, we'll also retain an allocation for supporting your existing installations. Going forward, please only include the LED Spot RGBW Tree White (UK) in your project planning.
