Hey neighbors! Harry will be coming around again to clean air vents and dryer vents. He did an excellent job last time—very thorough and professional, and I highly recommend him!

If you're dealing with allergies, extra dust, or it's been over a year since your last duct cleaning, this is a great opportunity.

We're organizing a group cleaning for a discounted rate. If at least 5 homes sign up, the cost will be $179 per house. The cleaning date will be based on everyone's availability.

Are you even sending this to the right group?  This is an international English language google group for Loxone Home Automation. 

This looks like a service that's only going to be relevant to people in a single city (maybe even a smaller area than that) and you're not even saying which city that is.

TBH I've always assumed this is a scan.  But perhaps not?
