Hi, I'm having an EcoDan Air source heat pump installed and communication will be via ModBus. My pump installer needs to get hold of a Loxone Modbus extension for the Loxone end of things. I know that there are cheaper alternatives but I would prefer to use the Loxone extension. Can you advise as to where he can get one (new). I have contact details for the original Loxone installer (I believe that he is a Loxone partner) but just in case ....

Anyone can buy equipment direct from Loxone. You don't need to be a partner nor have an account.
