Loxone IR Control Air Learning Problem

I am trying to use the above to learn a Sony RMT-TX100D remote control. The learning process seems very haphazard with this remote and maybe 1 in 10 commands is received. I also have a remote for a Yamaha Rx V677 receiver, almost every single command is received at the first attempt. Anyone else had trouble with the Sony remote?

You're not alone on the Sony remote issue, i've had the same issues as you, ended up giving up on the IR remote and bought a matrix with IR which solved my issues.

Grrr. I really like this TV but from a control point of view it's very frustrating. I have been trying to control it over IP but just cannot get anywhere with it so IR was my fall back!

I should note that I have finally learned how to control the TV over IP, a chap over on LoxForum posted some screenshots of his config which allowed me to sort it out.
