Loxone Intercom ANTISIP accounts

Our intercom is great when we need it but most of the time just gets used as a doorbell. (we're usually home during the day and it's quicker to open the door and look out then answer).

I'd been using Antisip for the voice part of it. Noticed the audio had stopped working last week and finally got around to trying to fix it. It seems ANTISIP had a hack/attack and all accounts need to be recovered and a new password set.

Sip authentication PIN = your password in the Loxone intercom interface.

I did find their emails in my spam folder after the event....

when i got my email i thought it was a phishing one for passwords so went to their web site - reactivated and all working again now

did you reboot your intercom since ?

i don't have sound anymore ...

So I reset/changed my password on Antisip

Updated my password in the intercom settings (log in via the IP address of the unit, not through Loxone config), password is the Authentication PIN field.

My intercom intermittently loses audio and requires a reboot for unknown reasons to the extent I now have it powered via a normally closed relay and a 'reboot intercom' button in my app interface.

in fact,

I can't change any parameter anymore,

everytime a try to change a parametre, i v got a pop-up saying : "Error, changes not saved, status code 200.....

i've updated the firmeware, i've restored factory default, same probleme...........

now, i've got a beautifull intercom with factory settings.............. i'm very gald....

DAMIT !

I realized that it could be a navigator problem, ... and it is.

with Goggle Chrome, impossible to update settings.

with MS EDGE ... no problem...........
