Hi,

Is it me, or is there no way to prevent the Miniserver asking for your login every time you visit it in a web browser?

Is there really no 'remember me' function or auto-login (you could give guest access from your local LAN for example)?

I guess they want to force you to use the app... which is all well and good unless you are sitting working on your PC and don't want to go find your phone :(

I find the web browser to be a serious pain to login as it runs all these scripts every time and takes what seems like forever.  I installed the app on my laptop (mac) and it works fine without having to login and wait for scripts.  (I also use Parallels on my mac to work on the config files - that all works fine as well).

Thanks... But I run Linux on my PCs.

Hah. Password manager plugins can help you then. I use LastPass personally, and it fills the web interface correctly.

I'm going to go as far as saying Loxone's inability to use cookies in your browser to remember logins is complete sh%*!

Example: Say someone wants to compare temperature graphs in 2 rooms. Navigate to the 'temperature' category (naturally after logging in). Would be good to open one value in a new tab. Can one right click and do that? No! Can one control click to do that? No! Can one copy the current URL and paste into a new tab? Sure - but they will be asked to login again. Are you kidding me!

Dear Loxone - this is pathetic! Unimpressed!
