The T5/x inputs of the Lighting Controller v2 allow to select a specific mood. However, when that mood already is the active mood, the next mood will be activated.
This is a simple solution to prevent that and force activation of a specific mood:

  • do not connect a lamp to one of the outputs AQ1-AQ4, in this example AQ4
  • connect the trigger to Ix input of the corresponding AQx output, in this example I4
  • connect the trigger via a Switch-On Delay 0.01s to the T5/x input of the mood you want to activate, in this example T5/2
First triggering the I4 input activates a 'Custom' mood without switching any lights. Next, the correct mood is activated.

Cheers

Great trick to overcome a sometimes not wanted software design feature.
I wish Loxone would add a flag to enable or disable this behaviour.

Cheers David
