Hi Anne,

I also frequently have issues with my Loxone intercom system (Gen 1 as well as the Gen 1 miniserver). A few potential solutions:

• Remove the app and reinstall it, making sure that both the app and Loxone Config are updated.
• If the issues only occur when you are connected externally, it could be a conflict with your provider. In the Netherlands, you need to change the APN on your smartphone to ‘advanceinternet’ or (depending on the provider) you can use ‘portalmmm.nl’. Check with Loxone in your own country to see what applies there.
• There could also be a conflict between different accounts if you have more than one. We never really figured out what exactly caused this, but my girlfriend now uses my account because we constantly had strange bugs in the intercom system.

Hopefully this helps you move forward a bit. It did for me.
