Replace SD-Card

I guess I have a silly question, but want to do it right.

Recently I tried to upgrade to latest config version 12.1 but it failed due to not enough place. But the loxone partner hinted to replace the SD card.

Unfortunately he is busy and did not answer my question: what is the official procedure to do this ?

What I can find in the actual doc is:

The SD card exchange must be performed by a system administrator or a Loxone Partner. It is also recommended to back up the SD card. This backup can then be used to format the new SD card.

The details on how to replace it is not clear.

Who can access the official procedure ?

Hello,

you have to backup your projetc firts with Loxone Config.

After that, you can format SD card with Loxone Config, and select the backup you want to dump on the New SD Card.
