AF EVANS BANKRUPT

AF Evans is bankrupt.  What does this mean for 55 Laguna--slated for about 550 units including 100 elderly and 15 % or so low income?

They filed a while back, but not for the whole firm.  Not sure what's happening, but there has been some spear rattling on the preservationists list regarding the EIR. Maybe something is in the pipeline.  I'll ask around. So tired of having a moldering pile in the neighborhood.
