There is a black male, in his late 20's or so, black, that can often be found on Haight Street selling photocopies of his drawings to people walking by. Hell, I've given him a buck, as he seems to be dealing with some mental illness and is nice enough.

He just defecated on the street directly in front of my house. Called the non-emergency dispatch. Waiting for officers to arrive to take a report. I wonder if anyone knows his name?
