          District 5 Neighborhood Groups announce the Supervisor Candidate Forum featuring Supervisor London Breed and Dean Preston, Tenants Rights Advocate.  This Supervisor Candidate Forum will give voters in all the District 5 neighborhoods the opportunity of asking and hearing both candidates answer questions.  Questions will come from those present at the Supervisor Candidate Forum and prepared in advance by neighborhood leaders. The D5 Supervisor Candidate Forum will be moderated by Nuala Sawyer, Journalist, recently of Hoodline.

          The D5  Supervisor Candidate Forum is of city-wide interest as it will in affect the “progressive” versus “moderate” make up of the Board of Supervisors.  It may also influence the which group has the majority on the Board of Supervisors, future policies of the Board, and choices for the City of San Francisco.

          The D5  Supervisor Candidate Forum is organized and sponsored by: nine neighborhood organizations:  Affordable Divisadero • CHNA: Cathedral Hill Neighbors Association • D5 Action • FIABA: Faith in Action Bay Area • HANC: Haight Ashbury Neighborhood Council • HVNA: Hayes Valley Neighborhood Association • LFNA: Lower Fillmore Neighborhood Association • LoHaMNA: Lower Haight Merchants and Neighbors Association • NOPNA: North of Panhandle Neighborhood Association •
