Like Jon, I'm on PSAC and will hopefully have my District 10 seat renewed soon. That said, there are opportunities for new people! Here are the seats that I think are truly open:--Vacant seat 2, succeeding Pi Ra, resigned, must be a representative from pedestrian safety organizations, for the unexpired portion of a two-year term ending March 28, 2017.
Vacant seat 8, succeeding Abigail Evans, resigned, must be a representative from a public health organization, for the unexpired portion of a two-year term ending March 28, 2016.
Vacant seat 12, succeeding John Ehrlich, term expired, must be a resident of Supervisorial District 2 and appointed by the District 2 Supervisor, for a two-year term ending June 30, 2017.
Vacant seat 18, succeeding Raymond Gary McCoy, term expiring on June 30, 2015, must be a resident of Supervisorial District 8 and appointed by the District 8 Supervisor, for a two-year term ending June 30, 2017.
Vacant seat 19, succeeding Devin Silvernail, resigned, must be a resident of Supervisorial District 9 and appointed by the District 9 Supervisor, for a two-year term ending June 30, 2017.
Vacant seat 21, succeeding Raymond Gary McCoy, resigned, must be a resident of Supervisorial District 11 and appointed by the District 11 Supervisor, for a two-year term ending June 30, 2017.

Not all of the seats on that list are open yet. Some are and some will soon
be. In the mean time the current holders of those seats are hanging in there
till a replacement become available.
Its hard to find people who are able to make the commitment so we are trying
to be proactive. If you or anyone you know would be interested in serving,
we could use you.
