Another reckless driving crash (hit and run) at Haight and Webster

We had another reckless driving crash today; the white car blew through the intersection on the wrong side of the road and struck a man driving a Honda.  No injuries.  CCTV shows the driver fleeing North on Webster.  Witnesses did not get a plate. Time was 2:09 pm.
