Please join Commander Walls for our monthly New Orleans Neighborhood Police Anti-Crime Council (NONPACC) meeting on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at 6:00 PM at the New Orleans Healing Center, 2372 St.Claude Avenue, Room 250 on the 2nd floor.
