FYI -

The Department of Public Works will be placing concrete on the left (north) side of Iberville St. from N. Rampart to Dauphine streets beginning Friday morning, Aug. 30 at 4:00 AM. Traffic will be diverted to Conti St. during the concrete placement and curing period. Iberville St. from N. Rampart to Dauphine will re-open to traffic on Saturday morning, Aug. 31. Questions about the closure may be directed to Chris McLellan at 504-628-4015.

Sidewalk construction on Iberville between N. Peters and Decatur streets is complete. Crews are currently working on the sidewalks between Decatur and Chartres streets.

Dorsiere St. construction is 95 percent complete. The roadway will be re-open to regular traffic on Tuesday, Sept. 3.

Julia St. construction will begin on Tuesday, Sept. 3. Two crews will be mobilized to Julia St., one at Convention Center Blvd. and the second at Loyola Ave. Crews will begin with sidewalk demolition.
