Contact for volunteer inquiries who are not technologically savvy

This question is directed to Deb Taft or another appropriate person.
My name is Cathy with the New York Farm Bureau. We are dealing with
the immediate personal and logistical needs of our farmers and are a
bit overwhelmed in trying to deal with everything - we have not been
able to coordinate volunteer efforts with individual farms and we are
trying to find an outlet to direct the many wonderful volunteers who
would like to help which this forum may be able to provide. Is there a
contact for people who do not have access to the Internet? or should I
consider other options? Thanks for your advise. Cathy
