Reunion Update-PLEASE READ

Hi Everyone,

We just had our first official reunion committee meeting on 4/12 and
wanted to give you all an update. See below for meeting minutes.

** WE WOULD LIKE TO MAKE THIS REUNION A SUCCESSFUL EVENT AND IN ORDER
FOR US TO DO SO WE WILL NEED EVERYONE'S HELP! THE AMOUNT OF FOLKS WE
HAVE SIGNED UP FOR OUR GOOGLE GROUP IS LOOKING PRETTY GOOD BUT NOT
GOOD ENOUGH. OUR CLASS HAD ABOUT 650 STUDENTS SO PLEASE HAVE ANYONE
YOU MIGHT STILL KEEP IN TOUCH WITH SIGN UP FOR THIS GROUP. WE WILL
ONLY BE USING THIS LIST TO UPDATE YOU ON THE REUNION. THE MOST
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ARE NAME (FIRST AND MAIDEN LAST) AND EMAIL
ADDRESS. WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE AT LEAST 400 FOLKS ON THIS LIST BY MAY.

WE WILL BE ADMINISTERING ONE MORE SURVEY AND WOULD LIKE TO GET MORE
INPUT SINCE THIS WILL DETERMINE THE DATE OF THE REUNION.

1. Survey Results from Jan 1- Feb 29
A. Surveyed 95 people
B. Potential Dates:August 30, 2008 41% (NOT FINALIZED, LOOKING AT
DECEMBER- NEED ANOTHER POLL TO SEE WHEN IN DEC.)
C. Venue: San Francisco 90% (YES)
D. Event Type: Appetizers & Drinks 89% (NOT FINALIZED)
E. Cost: $30-$45 49% (NOT FINALIZED)
F. Attached are the results from the poll
G. We decided that for each sub-committee we will come up with
another
survey to get more input. The survey will be sent out when we get
more
folks to sign up for the google group. Kathy will post a message
to
encourage more people to sign up for the google group.

G. Attached is a list of people that are interested in helping out
within the various committees.

3. Next Meeting TBD
A. Our next meeting will be sometime next month. Mike will update
me
when the NEW survey results are completed.

** Sorry if you couldn't make our meeting this past Saturday. The
purpose of the meeting was just to go over some action steps and
structuring of our committees. Please feel free to be in communication
with one another. If you know of other people that would like to help
out please have them contact the person for the sub-committees. I am
here to help out with whatever falls short.
