Has anything changed?

I'm tempted to go back over what we discussed in May to see if any of
our assumptions have changed in light of the recession. Since I'm not
a financial wizard, do any of you have any observations to share?

One of the main problems I saw/see with buying a mobile-home type
park is the initial investment in land. Although prices for these
kinds of properties may be falling, I wonder if this is exactly what
will be scooped up by people who are shut out of the higher end of
the market. There are many, many baby boomers out there who get into
double-wides for the retirement years.
