Sainsbury's currently have nomination forms for 'your favourite local charity' to be supported by their stores. Please go into the stores on Cowley Road and The Plain and complete forms for Cowley Road Works (the charity which organises Cowley Road Carnival). The deadline is 23 May. You'll need to complete the following:
