Introduction to Community Action Course (FREE)

Hi all,

I just thought I'd send through details of an Introduction to
Community Action course I'm involved with at OCVA. It's a FREE seven
week course aimed at people new to community action. It’ll boost your
confidence, give you tips on communicating and participating in
meetings and perhaps most importantly, it’ll help you to work up a
plan of action in an area that interests you. You could find yourself
working up some great ideas for action on behalf of Low Carbon East
Oxford.

The course takes place in central Oxford on Tuesday mornings
(10am-1pm) from 22nd May. Travel and care costs reimbursed. We've
also got a taster session next Monday 30th April from 12-2.30pm
