I'm afraid I've been spammed/virused or whatever it is again - a nonsense site 'recommended' by me. Please delete any email marked 'Hey' in the subject line.

My password has now been changed and that usually solves it but I am sorry - and do get back in touch if you'd like me to remove you from my address list
