Low Carbon East Oxford is holding its first AGM on Wednesday 13th June
at 7.30pm (venue to be confirmed). We’ll be kicking off with a talk
from Oxford based Tim Nicholson of the Energy Saving Coop on financing
low carbon work on your home.
We’ll then be holding an AGM to recruit new blood to our committee and
plan for the months ahead. We’re particularly keen to recruit
committee members. Skills in communications, fundraising, community
engagement, energy efficiency or food are all very welcome but what
we’re interested in more than anything are people with bags of
enthusiasm to help ramp our activities up to the next level.
Commitment wise, we’re looking for people who can commit to around one
activity per month as well as contributing to some organising work in
between.
