I tried to cut out some noise and make it a gentler first impression.
There's a homepage with 2 videos, a sidebar with a few links (blog
etc), a new About page, and an Inchvestor page. If anyone has time for
any feedback (things missing, unclear, blatant stupidity :)) I'd love
to hear it.

One suggestion, add at least one rss button plus the appropriate link information in the header.
